Gavin Lawrence, Director
Gavin’s payment expertise has been developed through working in the payments / fintech sector since 2006. He has experience across technology and professional services and has focussed on Bacs Direct Debits and Credits. Most recently Gavin worked at Pay.UK on the New Payments Architecture and Bacs strategy. Previously Gavin was the co-founder and Managing Director of ClearDebit. He created the Bacs accredited training courses, delivered bespoke Bacs consultancy and was responsible for the Bacs bureau and Bacs approved software products.
Gavin has provided training and consultancy to hundreds of organisations. He has helped them to become more efficient, reduce operating risk and to be more compliant with Bacs rules.

Debbie Lane, Director
Debbie has specialised in payments and Bacs processes for many years. As Co-founder and Director of ClearDebit she was responsible for delivering Accredited training and bespoke Consultancy projects for organisations of all sizes and types. She was also responsible for the day-to-day running of all bureau services. Other previous roles include Management positions within large fintechs and Head of Operations for ClearCourse Payments. She has also worked in sales, marketing and finance roles in a number of different industries.
Debbie ensures a focus on delivering out-standing support to all customers. Her payments experience, combined with her understanding of business requirements has enabled her to help customers mitigate risk and improve processes.
