Direct Debit Training
Are you considering Direct Debit Training?
Direct Debit is a familiar, long-established and widely trusted payment method. There were 4.8 billion Direct Debit payments processed in the UK in 2023. Organisations collect income via Direct Debit because it is safe, cost-effective, can reduce administration and it puts the organisation in control. Likewise, consumers choose Direct Debit because they don’t have to take an action to pay, it saves time and they are protected by the Guarantee.
When operating a Direct Debit Scheme, Service Users are required to adhere to the Direct Debit Scheme Rules. Ensuring staff understand the rules will help your organisation to get the most benefit from the Scheme.
Developing Skills and Knowledge
Our one-day, Direct Debit training courses have been accredited by Bacs and count towards Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points. They are delivered in-person, either face-to-face or online via Zoom, by our experienced and knowledgeable team.
Our courses develop and enhance the skills of individuals working with Direct Debit. They encourage staff to identify areas for improvement, refine their skills and proficiency and ensure they remain up to date with all the latest developments. Why not provide your team with a conscious and proactive learning opportunity and demonstrate your investment in them.
Collecting money correctly from your payer’s accounts is critical to your relationship with them.
Give your teams the confidence and skills to get it right every time with our Direct Debit training options.
